If I submit a recipe, will you post it? Well, that depends on several things but mostly it’s up to me and whether I find it interesting and whether I think my viewers will too. Even if I do like it, sometimes it’s just a matter of timing because my posting schedule is generally in line with what’s in season. Other factors that are important: the ingredient, the ability of users to duplicate (is it too complex), the availability of ingredients, whether there’s an interesting story behind a recipe. If in doubt, shoot me an email and pitch it to me. Also note that I reserve the right to edit any and all submissions.

Do you accept product samples, review copies of cookbook/books or samples? Please email me in advance and provide me with some basic information about your product or the book. A link to the related website would be helpful. If I like the book, I will also likely want access to the author. Note, by accepting any of the above, does not necessarily guarantee I’ll write about it.
