		<description>Being from the ghettos of Omaha, lentil anything was not part of our diet.  Instead of lentils, our diet consisted of brown, blackeyed, lima, pinto, and pork &amp; beans.

&lt;em&gt;Andrea (FFC): That&#039;s quite a few beans. Maybe this and the next few recipes will convince you to add lentils to the mix? They are high in fiber and a great source of protein. Another added plus, they cook up quicker than the ones you mention.&lt;/em&gt;</description>
