		<description>To anyone who doesn&#039;t eat swine.  I&#039;ve found that you can replace pork with lamb meat.  I&#039;ve been making green chili stew using lamb and it tastes great.</description>

		<description>This is a large batch. Never got a chance to freeze it though because we ate it up in a few days. It should freeze well since its sister soup menudo does. If in doubt, cut the recipe in half. Me, I&#039;d go for the big pot and have a pozole party!</description>

		<description>i&#039;m one of the lucky ones: not only do i get to see these savory food shots and read the text on this wonderful site, but i also get to taste each and every recipe! no offense to ffc (i mean the net can still only do so much), but these meals taste way, way, way better than they look in cyberspace. i reckon the only other way to know this is to cook them yourself.</description>
