		<description>I made this last year in a double recipe for a huge party of people. I cooked it a full two days ahead of time and then reheated it the day of the event.

		<description>To anyone who doesn&#039;t eat swine.  I&#039;ve found that you can replace pork with lamb meat.  I&#039;ve been making green chili stew using lamb and it tastes great.</description>

		<description>This is a large batch. Never got a chance to freeze it though because we ate it up in a few days. It freezes well. If in doubt, cut the recipe in half the first time. Me, I&#039;d go for the big pot and have a pozole party!</description>
